1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Foodzerv POS system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Foodzerv for your restaurant business operations. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Foodzerv
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Payment

Foodzerv operates on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Foodzerv or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Foodzerv, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
