Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy
Foodzerv operates on a strict no-refund policy. All subscription fees, service charges, and payments made to Foodzerv are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not provide refunds, credits, or reimbursements for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Subscription cancellations
- Service dissatisfaction
- Unused subscription periods
- Account termination or suspension
- Technical issues or service interruptions
- Change of business requirements
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, cancellation of your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your access will be terminated.
3. Service Termination
Foodzerv reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at supportfz@uxcts.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review your claim and, if we determine an error was made, we will credit your account accordingly. However, this does not constitute a refund policy.
5. Free Trial Period
During the free trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time without being charged. Once the trial period ends and you are charged, our no-refund policy applies.
6. Acknowledgment
By subscribing to Foodzerv services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. You understand that all payments are final and non-refundable.
